This session is designed for general education teachers enrolled in Blue Valley Schools' Mentoring Program (in their first and second years of teaching), along with their assigned district mentors. Participants will engage in collaborative learning that focuses on building strong instructional practices, navigating the early years of teaching, and fostering meaningful mentor-mentee relationships. Time will be dedicated to sharing strategies, accessing district supports, and strengthening connections to promote growth, confidence, and success in the classroom.
